Abstract

Managing the queue in the vehicle sanctuary is essential for every public transport users. There is
a large number of people making queues in Tepi town vehicle sanctuary every day. The central
goal of this study is to scan the queue management assessment system in vehicle sanctuary public
transport users. Data for the study was gathered from both primary and secondary sources.
Identifying potential queuing factors, properly managing those factors, and improving the poor
discipline of vehicle sanctuary officers and other stakeholders can reduce public transportation
users' waiting time, reduce their stress while waiting in line, and improve the security,
satisfaction, and safety of public transportation users and other participants.
